Strategic Plan

The Parish Council has entered into to a Strategic Planning Process to put together a 5-year plan for our parish. The Strategic Plan will be implemented the fall of 2006. The planning process includes:

Inventorying our parish facilities to determine how well they will serve our future needs.

Evaluating our standing committees - the mainstay of our parish ministries - to determine how well they are serving our current needs. And also looking ahead and plan for how these ministries will best serve the needs of our parishioners in the future.

Finally, as the church continues to change and decisions are made concerning our citywide catholic ministry and our south-side tri-parish community, we want to remain proactive as we plan for the future of our parish.

Strategic Plan Presentation

Our parish Strategic Plan was presented to parishioners the weekend of November 11/12. The Strategic Plan is just that, a plan. Much of the plan is very attainable. However, like all plans we may find that certain aspects are not attainable, at least not in the way that we thought. If you have any questions or would like clarification for any aspect of the Strategic Plan please talk to one of the commission or committee members listed in that section of the plan. This Pastoral (Strategic) Plan has come from the parishioners of our parish as you will read in the introductory slides. If you are unable to access the PowerPoint Presentation a hard copy can be checked out from the parish office by contacting Joan Priebe at (920) 457-9408.
